From limited edition to all-time favorite
Can you believe it?
2024 is the 10th year that we can admire the colorful bales in the fields!
When we produced the first pink Triowrap plus in 2014, we thought this would be a limited edition and never expected it to become the all-time favorite in three colors which it is now.
Spreading all over the world
Over these 10 years 13 million bales have been wrapped in pink, blue and yellow and until now more than 1.7 million Euro have been donated.
The idea for the pink bale wrap initiative originally came from our distributor in New Zealand. They were looking for a way to raise awareness for breast cancer and preventive checkups in rural areas of the country, that were hard to target with conventional campaigns.
The commitment was so high that we expanded the pink campaign to Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, UK and Ireland in the following year.
Blue and yellow to follow the pink wave
But it didn’t end there. . Due to the great response to the pink campaign all over the world, we also launched a blue stretch film to support awareness and research for prostate cancer. In 2018 we completed the family: with a yellow bale wrap film we want to support childhood cancer organizations and also raise awareness.
What makes our colorful silage wrap so unique is that for each reel a donation is made to a local charity organization that supports cancer awareness or research. There are many charity organizations worldwide, that we have partnered with to support their cause.
By now, 10 years after the first pink bales have been wrapped, the colorful bales can be admired on field in Algeria, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
We are proud to see that the commitment has been so high. We want to thank each and every farmer and contractor, who supported the campaign and hope that the pink, blue and yellow bales will get even more people to contribute and support this good cause.
Here's to the next 10 years!
We want to say THANK YOU to everyone who supported this campaign so far!
